Job Description :

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals within our client organizations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on locum tenens staffing.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals to assess their qualifications and fit for client positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
Coordinate and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, networking, and social media, to attract top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on staffing strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
Experience in locum tenens staffing is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and industry terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare staffing environment.
