Job Description :

As a Healthcare Staffing Account Manager specializing in Advanced Practice and Physicians for locum tenens placements, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with client managers in hospitals, medical practices, and other healthcare facilities. Your focus will be on understanding their unique staffing needs and promptly filling their most urgent and pressing locum tenens requirements.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with client managers in healthcare facilities.
Understand client needs, expectations, and preferences to effectively match candidates to locum tenens positions.

Recruitment and Placement:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and assess qualified Advanced Practice and Physician candidates.

Manage the end-to-end placement process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Strategic Account Planning:

Develop and implement strategic account plans to anticipate and fulfill clients’ ongoing locum tenens staffing needs.

Proactively identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts.
Market Insight and Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Analyze client feedback and industry data to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management in healthcare staffing.
Proven track record of successfully managing locum tenens placements for Advanced Practice and Physicians.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of medical roles, credentials, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs.

Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client requirements.
