Job Description :

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals within our client organizations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on locum tenens staffing.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals to assess their qualifications and fit for client positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, networking, and social media, to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on staffing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
  • Experience in locum tenens staffing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and industry terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare staffing environment.
